Terhune Orchards – Apple Picking NJ

Terhune Orchards have a farm store that is open all year. They sell “fresh fruits, vegetables, homemade baked goods, local gourmet goodies, jams, and local honey. And don’t miss our own apple cider and apple cider donuts!” They have their own vineyard and winery, with wines made from grapes grown at Terhune Orchards. They run a ‘Read and Pick’ program for kids. “Read and Pick is a great way to introduce your young child to the fun of the farm. The dwarf trees are tied onto a wire trellis and kept short so all the apples are easy to pick from the ground. No ladders or long poles are needed. Our apples are juicy, crisp and delicious — and plentiful too!! Apples at the Pick Your Own farm are sold by weight. You pay for what you pick.”

Stonyfield Orchard are “family owned and operated orchard in Belvidere, NJ, where you can pick your own or have us pick it for you. You can also purchase fresh goods from our farm store year ’round. We are kid-friendly, with cows and other farm animals for the children to see.
